All things nautical...
June 14, 2015 was the naming day and launch of a beautifully crafted boat by Denny Pease. Named Shamrock, the boat took many hours of work over a period of years to build. It was truly a labor of love by Denny. A number of family members and friends assisted Denny from time to time. I very happily provided assistance on numerous occasions.
The boat was built from plans purchased from... http://www.dhylanboats.com/design/plans/coquina_plans/
Nathanael Herreshoff designed Coquina for his own use in the winter of 1889, and used her for may years, perhaps longer that any other of his personal yachts.
Shamrock touched the water for the first time on its naming day as family and friends gathered at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis, Minnesota on a beautiful June afternoon
